There is a lot going on for the week of Rebel Week so you can have a look at that on their website.
Location 1 – Port of Cork (Custom House Quay and Anderson’s Quay)
But from a food perspective I’m looking for 7 hot food stalls and two coffee stalls for the area round the Port of Cork for the 19th and 20th of October.
I want to focus on celebrating Cork Street food for the Port of Cork Space – so please fill in the proposal form attached in full with your ideas on how you can incorporate Cork Food into what you do. This event is about Cork so I will be accepting applications on the basis of your proposal in the application. It’s not a competition but I just want to showcase the best of what we have.
Location 2 – Kennedy Quay (Marquee)
I’m also looking for another 6 hot food stalls and 1 coffee stall for Kennedy Quay (this will be a marquee set up so a more limited amount of space is available here (2.5M x 2M space).
Here we will focus on promoting the links that have been created by the Rebel Week process over the last 12 months, so all hot food traders participating must link to one of the following countries in some way in what you sell
Czech Republic, Germany, UK, France, Italy, Sweden
Using produce from: Mallow, Youghal, Bandon, Kinsale, Fermoy, skibereen, Clonakilty, Bantry or Cobh.
Deadlines:
Applications need to be in to me by Friday the 27th of September, along with proposal forms and trading licence forms, insurance and fees.
So if you have any queries or would like the application pack, please EMAIL me on roseanne@goldiefish.ie
